The Site

The site is located approximately 1km south-west of South Mimms and 4.6km from Potters Bar. It is around a 15-minute walk from South Mimms.

The site is located within the Metropolitan Green Belt but the site also constitutes grey belt land meaning it does not provide a meaningful contribution to the purposes of the Green Belt.

The site, in its current state, makes no meaningful contribution to preserving the setting of nearby towns including Ridge.
